A workers' meeting of the BNP was held in Ward 3 of Joykolas Union.
The meeting was organized by the BNP and its affiliated organizations in Ward 3 of Joykolas Union, located in the Shantiganj Upazila of Sunamganj.
The meeting took place on Friday (December 20) evening at the Mahbuba Community Center, where the chief guest was Mohammad Faruk Ahmed, a member of the district BNP's convening committee and former chairman of the Shantiganj Upazila Parishad.
The meeting was presided over by former vice-president of the Upazila BNP, Siraj Mia, and jointly conducted by Liton Mia and Ruhel Ahmed, joint conveners of the Upazila Chhatra Dal. Special guests included former acting president of the Upazila BNP, Rowshan Khan Sagar, vice-president Elias Mia, general secretary Aminur Rashid Amin, BNP leaders Nurul Islam, Angur Mia, joint convenor of the district volunteer team and chairman of West Birgaon Union, Lutfor Rahman Zagirdar Khokon.
Others who spoke at the meeting included former joint general secretary of the Upazila BNP, Awlad Hossain, convenor Abul Khayer, Ziaur Rahman, member of the district Jubo Dal Abdul Majid, former president of West Pagla Union BNP Shahin Mia, former organizational secretary of Joykolas Union BNP Shadikur Rahman, Jubo Dal leaders Humayun Kabir, Tofail Ahmed, Hasnat Hossain, Syed Alam, Chomir Uddin, Jahangir Alam, joint convenor of the Upazila volunteer team Suwaib Ahmed, Juned Ahmed, and vice-president of the Union Projonmo Dal Kawshar Ahmed, among others.
At this time, leaders and activists of the Ward BNP and its affiliated organizations were present.
