Actress Muskan Nancy James filed a GD against her husband and sister-in-law.
The actress, known for 'Mata Ki Chowki,' has accused her husband Prashant Motwani and his family of harassment. Muskan's mother-in-law Mona Motwani and sister-in-law actress Hansika Motwani are also accused in the same complaint.
Muskan has raised multiple allegations, including fraud related to property.
According to reports from Indian media, on December 18, Muskan filed an FIR (GD) at the Amboli police station in Mumbai under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, and 34. In the FIR, Muskan alleges that her mother-in-law and sister-in-law have excessively interfered in her household, leading to tensions in her relationship with her husband.
Additionally, Muskan has accused her husband of harassment.
She claims that due to excessive mental abuse, she has suffered from Bell's palsy, which has caused her facial paralysis.
Muskan further alleges that her husband, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law have demanded expensive gifts and money from her, as well as committed fraud regarding property.
Regarding this matter, Muskan told the media, "Yes, I have filed this GD and sought legal assistance.
At this moment, I cannot say more, as the case is ongoing." Muskan and her husband Prashant Motwani got married in 2020, but they separated in 2022.
They have been living apart for the past two years. Meanwhile, Prashant and Hansika have not yet responded to the FIR.
