Roja Ahmed is currently a hot topic on social media following the news of her marriage to popular musician Tahsan Khan.

The announcement of their wedding has sparked intense discussion.

Roja is a professional makeover artist, but she is not just beauty-conscious; she also cares about her country.

She has been active in the anti-discrimination student movement.

Roja has a Facebook page called 'Roja Bridal Makeover' where she shares videos of her work.

On July 17, during the anti-discrimination movement, a post was made on her page.

The post stated, "The movement is in our blood. The history of claiming rights through bloodshed is many years old.

Yet, it seems that even fifty years after independence, why must we still claim our rights through blood?" It continued, "In situations where problems can be easily solved through discussion, why must we resort to bloodshed.

When the majority of a country is young, shouldn't we prioritize their opinions and listen to them instead of making heated comments.

What then is the difference between them and their elders?" It further mentioned,

There will be quotas for women, indigenous people, families of freedom fighters, the disabled, or those of different genders, but there should be no barrier to sitting with students and listening to their demands."

The post also expressed, "I believe no student is spontaneously claiming to be a collaborator.

Let's try to understand at what point a young person claims to be a collaborator.

Instead of scolding them, let's try to understand them and take the initiative to solve the problem."

In conclusion, the post stated, "In a free country, beating with sticks, shooting, and bloodshed can never be a solution.

Do not forget that the students of this country have never hesitated to shed blood in the struggle for their rights.

And the saddest part is that some self-serving groups are committing the heinous act of 'pouring oil into the fire' around this movement."

Roja's journey began in 2017 while she was a student in Barisal. She quickly gained recognition across the country.

Her videos have become quite popular, and she has formal education in makeovers.
