A doa and milad mahfil was held in Sylhet on Tuesday (August 11) seeking the recovery of Nurul Alam Siddiqui Khaled, vice-president of the Central Chhatra Dal and former president of the Sylhet Metropolitan Chhatra Dal.
The prayer gathering was held after Asr prayers at Baitul Aman Jame Mosque in Zindabazar.
Among those present were Sylhet Metropolitan BNP President Nasim Hossain, General Secretary Imdad Hossain Chowdhury, Organizing Secretary Syed Shafek Mahbub, Sylhet District Jubo Dal President Advocate Mominul Islam Momin, Metropolitan Jubo Dal President Shah Newaz Box Chowdhury Tarek, District Swechchhasebak Dal President Abdul Ahad Khan Jamal, Metropolitan BNP Joint Secretary Suaib Ahmed Sueb, Metropolitan Jubo Dal Senior Vice-President Toffazzal Hossain Belal, BNP leader Saifullah Khaled, and several other leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliated organizations.
Leaders and activists of the Sylhet Metropolitan and District BNP, Jubo Dal, Chhatra Dal and other affiliated organizations also attended the event and prayed for Khaled’s speedy recovery.
